Behind the Water Heater Even with the Valve Off it Leaked.
I put a Plug in the Elbow at the Bottom. There were 4 Broken Pipes.
Now I have Cold Water, Hot will come Later.

The Water Company came and Turned On the Water, He said we have a leak (Yuh Think)
It took Three tries On to find it. In the Attic. The Clue was the the rain in One of the bedrooms.
